For many of our programmes we have the highest success rates in the industry. For example for Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Training we have achieved competency rates of 90-95% on recent projects<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>QED&#8217;s Value Adds:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Unique Assessment Methodology<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For many of our programmes e.g. Assessor and Coaching, our methodology of \u2018live assessment\u2019 (observation of performance) ensures the best results.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessment via portfolio of evidence only, has a high dropout rate and hence a return ratio of only 20 \u2013 30%, whereas QED\u2019s assessment process ensures that clients have competent assessors in the most cost effective manner, whilst guaranteeing the authenticity and validity of the assessment.<\/p><ol><li><strong>DVD\u2019s<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>To go the extra mile QED has produced a unique programme which will be available and given out free of charge to delegates on DVD on how to prepare for \u201cLive\u201d assessment and compile a portfolio of evidence (POE) to QED\u2019s standards. QED is the only provider to offer this level of learner support and value add.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a02.<strong> Self-Study Programme<\/strong><\/p><p>QED also provides a self-study Video\/DVD based Assessor Training programme which would save learners a lot of time in attending training sessions.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a03.<strong> Toolkit CD<\/strong><\/p><p>This is a fully loaded CD with valuable assessment templates, forms, policies and procedures. This goes a long way to make the learner\u2019s life simple and convenient. Client\u2019s documents such as assessment policies, procedures and templates, as well as other details can be loaded onto the CD.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a04.<strong> Access to Trainers and Assessors<\/strong><\/p><p>Learners will have access to our trainers beyond training to answer any other questions.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a05.<strong>Extra Coaching<\/strong><\/p><p>QED will provide one on one coaching during the training as well as post course, where required.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a06. <strong>Re-Assessments<\/strong><\/p><p>QED will provide two re-assessment attempts for \u201cNot Yet Competent\u201d delegates at no extra charge to the client or delegate if the re-assessment takes place at QED offices.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a07.<strong> Additional Learners Trained<\/strong><\/p><p>We offer to train additional learners in order to meet or exceed the required target set by the client at no extra cost.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong>Joining Instructions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Detail times, contents, outcomes, overnight work and assessment details.
